Delivery & Returns
1. Delivery
1.1 We aim to despatch all orders within
three working days. All shipping is by First Class Royal Mail
recorded delivery. If you return an item for exchange that is
in stock then we will despatch your exchange the next day.

1.2 TO SECURE ALL OUR PARCELS ALL OF OUR POSTAGE IS DELIVERED
BY 1ST
CLASS RECORDED MAIL OR INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR. Delivery
charges and timescales are as follows:
UK/Channel Islands(2 days) £3.75
Europe (4 days) £10.00
USA/Canada (4 days) £18.00
2. Christmas Shipping Dates
2.1 The cut off dates for Christmas shipping
are as follows:
• UK – [20th December];
• Europe/USA/Canada – [18th December];
• Rest of the World – [11th December].
3. Returns
3.1 If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your purchase, please do not hesitate to return it at your
own cost with its original packaging, within 7 days from the
day after receiving the goods. In respect of faulty goods, the
cost of returning the goods will be refunded. If you have merchandise
you would like to return or exchange, please return it to:

3.2 When returning goods please enclose a reason for the return,
a copy of the receipt, [the order number,] your name, address,
a daytime telephone number and an email address. Exchanged items
will be returned to you in the timescales detailed in "Delivery"
above.
3.3 If you would like to check the status of your return or

3.4 Credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for
the original purchase. We will refund shipping charges only
if we have sent the wrong item or the item is faulty.
