Terms & Conditions
By using or placing an
order on the Lily Wigglesworth Bags Website
(“Website”) you are deemed to have read and
understood these Terms and Conditions and agree
to be bound by them.
1. Placing an Order
1.1 Shopping on the Website couldn’t be easier.
Simply browse through the Website categories
and place items in your shopping basket.
All product prices include VAT where applicable.
1.2 When you are ready to place your order click on “go to Shopping
Bag” and follow the instructions. We will send you a confirmation
e-mail which will contain your order number. You will
receive a further e-mail once your order has been processed
containing your invoice and delivery details. If any items
are out of stock we will back order this product for you,
where available, and give you the option to cancel with full
refund or exchange for an alternative product.
2. Product
2.1 We promise that if any Lily Wigglesworth
product purchased via the Website does
not meet with your approval for any reason,
you can return it in saleable condition
and with its original packaging within
7 days from the day after receiving the goods, for an exchange or a
full refund.
2.2 Every care has been taken to ensure
that the descriptions and specifications
on the Website are correct. However,
while the colour reproduction is a close
representation, a slight variation in
actual goods may occur. Some of our bags are handmade
and this may also result in slight variations
in size and colour.
3. Service
We aim to despatch all orders within
three working days. If you return an
item for exchange that is in stock then
we will despatch your exchange the next
day. Please feel free to contact us if
you need any further information.
4. Conditions of Sale
4.1 A contract between us and you for
the sale of our products will only exist
once an order has been accepted and processed
(at which point your credit card will
be charged for the value of goods despatched,
plus postage where appropriate). This
does not affect your statutory rights.
4.2 Our goods are provided to customers
on the basis that title will not pass
until a period of three months has elapsed
since the items were despatched. This
term applies regardless of the method
of payment used in relation to the goods.
4.3 We cannot accept liability for a
failure to comply with specific instructions
stated in the bag or Website. This statement
does not affect your statutory rights.
4.4 We accept most major credit cards.
4.5 We will endeavour to display all
items in our current range on the Website.
We try to hold stock of all styles and
sizes while a product is in the range.
4.6 Prices and availability of goods
are subject to change without notice.

order value, please see
“Delivery” below.
4.7 Goods purchased on the Website can
be returned to us for a full refund or
exchange within 7 days from the day after
receiving the goods, provided they are
in a saleable condition.
5. Security
5.1 We go to great lengths to ensure
the security of your orders. All orders
are transmitted over a secure connection.
Our online store is maintained on a secure
server and no credit card details are
stored on our systems.
5.2 Any information given may be used
by us for marketing purposes. We will
not share your personal information with
other third parties for their independent
use without your prior permission.
5.3 If you do not wish to receive any
promotional communications from us then

6. Delivery
6.1 We aim to despatch all orders within three working days. All shipping
is by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail International
Signed For. If you return an item for exchange that is in stock then
we will despatch your exchange the next day. Please feel free to contact
us if you need further information.
6.2 Delivery charges and timescales
are as follows:
UK/Channel Islands (4
days) – Special Delivery £5.50;
Europe (6 days) – £11.00;
Rest of the World (10 days) – £15.00.
7. Christmas Shipping
Dates
7.1 The cut off dates for Christmas shipping are promulgated on the Website
prior to each Christmas period.
8. Returns
8.1 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
do not hesitate to return it at your own cost with its original packaging,
within 7 days from the day after receiving the goods. In respect of faulty
goods, the cost of returning the goods will be refunded. If you have merchandise
you would like to return or exchange, please return it to:

8.2 When returning goods please follow the instructions on the Returns
Form which was enclosed in your delivery. Please ensure that all details
on the form are completed and that the item is returned in its original
packaging. Exchanged items will be returned to you in the timescales detailed
in "Delivery" above.
8.3 If you would like to check the status of your return or exchange then
please contact info@lilywigglesworth.co.uk.
8.4 Credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original
purchase. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong
item or the item is faulty.
